Can Exercising Help Boost Productivity?

I was reading a post on a work-at-home forum and there was some discussion on whether or not exercising helps boost productivity.

So, this is a poll more than anything else. :)

I personally find exercising really helps me stay alert, productive and basically have lots of energy (contrary to popular beliefs I suppose).

Anyhow, what are your thoughts? Had any experiences?
