One of the most important aspects of good time management is knowing exactly what you need to do and don’t need to do…

And of course, in maximizing the available time to get the most important tasks done. One of the most important techniques to get all that done is to clear your head so you can think clear and gain clarity….

Speaking of clarity..

Ever find yourself stuck in the middle of an odd situation where pulling out the planner or writing something on your notepad just isn’t possible? Driving? Got a new idea?

Here’s an easy solution…

Use your cell phone’s microphone…just record yourself a message and process your cell phone’s “audio album” like any other inbox.

Most phones that are out there these days let you record atleast 1 minute of “stuff” and you can always make multiple 1 minute recordings for the data dumps that take a long time.

Try it out!

You’ll love it, I guarantee it :)

Using your mobile phone for capturing those important thoughts and ideas is a great suggestion! So often I come up with thoughts which are not captured on paper or as a recording, and are easily forgotten because of inevitable distractions! If I don’t write something down (or record it) soon after thinking about it… it loses its potency.
