As business owners, we are quite used to rushing from one fire to the other. But, here’s a little heart to heart: the need for speed does more harm than good to most businesses (and business owners). Just ask me about it!

That car, you see in the picture, is mine. And how did I get into that mess? Well, like most business owners, I was rushing to put off a fire.

And getting stuck was a “wake up call” to smarten up and let go of the need to rush and instead focus on what’s really important.
