Take Small Steps

If you find yourself constantly avoiding work even if the deadline is really close …it could be tomorrow, the day after, 10 minutes from now,  here’s a powerful way to make things happen:

1. Take Small Steps

I don’t know why this works, I’m not a psychologist and I can’t find any research papers on this but I can tell you it works (from my experience and from others’). I think what you do when you take small steps is tell your subsconscious mind…. “Hey, this isn’t too bad, let’s do a bit more of it” and you’re on a roll!

Big goals need small steps so start taking those small steps on all the projects that mean so much to you and have gone neglected. Go start it right now. You’ll be so glad that you did.
