What’s the Best Task Manager?

If you’re coming directly from my newsletter, here’s the poll.

If you have no idea what I’m talking about, let me explain.

I don’t do this often but I’m going to copy and paste an article directly from my Time Management and Personal Development newsletter here (if you haven’t subscribed to the newsletter yet).

Are you procrastinating again? :)

Do you use task management software?

If not, please start using one right away.

Don’t know where to start?

Here’s a couple of quick links:

1. Remember the Milk
2. ToDoist —>what I personally use
3. Vitalist

You’re going to have to test out these applications to see which one works best for you.

Here are a few things to look at:

1. The speed at which you can add stuff – I love speed, if anything moves slower than my head, it’s a pain to deal with!

This is also why paper and pen are sometimes the BEST tools for capturing ideas.

2. Ability to grill a project down – I like to have the big picture overview as well as the day-to-day action lists. It might be different for you but having the ability to switch from mundane to “Alright what am I trying to achieve here” is very important to me!

I personally need at least 4 sub-levels of tasks, unlimited is best (which is also why I love Todoist since it’s so flexible).

Have you found a really cool software? Let me know! Vote for your favorite task management solution here.

So, use the poll attached to this post and vote away! Let me know what your favorite task manager is.
